Young apprentice on road to successful KF Training career

A young apprentice is on the road to a successful career after completing the second stage of her training.

Bethony Kirkup, who is employed at Peterlee-based KF Training, has finished her Business Admin Level 2 apprenticeship.

She is now undertaking her Business Admin Level 3 qualification with a view to progressing through the ranks the training and apprenticeship company, which is based at Whitehouse Business Park.

Beth said: “I feel really proud that I have completed my apprenticeship with KF Training. Reflecting over the last 12 months, my confidence has grown and my capabilities and understanding of the training industry around quality and compliance has expanded. I’m passionate about my job role and love helping the people I work with.

“Ellen, my trainer, was fabulous. She really supported me by taking me out of my comfort zone to learn and develop new skills whilst I was still learning and understanding my job role. I can’t wait to start my Business Admin Level 3 with Ellen and see my career develop further with KF Training.”

Beth was presented with a certificate from her assessor Ellen Reid, who has been impressed the young apprentice’s attitude to progression.

Ellen said: “Beth has grown into a confident and valuable member of the team. She has achieved her qualification with enthusiasm and it has been a pleasure to be part of the journey – well done Beth.”
