Local companies extend support of business group

Two companies in the area have extended their long-term support of the Peterlee Business Park Group.

GEM Premium People has once again committed to sponsoring the hugely successful PBP News, the bi-monthly newsletter that now goes to over 300 businesses and people in the area.

The recruitment specialist, based on the North West Industrial Estate in Peterlee, was the group’s first sponsor when it relaunched four years ago and has remained a key supporter ever since.

Managing Director Rob Dunbar said: “We’re delighted to confirm our sponsorship of PBP News for a further 12 months, backing up our commitment to the group and the wider business community in the area.”

KF Training has also confirmed it is sponsoring a page on the www.peterleebusiness.co.uk website. The page will feature apprenticeship opportunities across the area, a company blog and success stories from within the team.

Owner Kelly Lee said: “The Peterlee Business Park Group has really helped showcase the many employers in the area and put the area in the spotlight for the right reasons, so we had no hesitation in continuing to support efforts.”

Steve Metcalfe, Chairman, said: “Support from local companies like GEM and KF Training is vital as it enables us to produce and manage platforms like PBP News, the website and social media which promote the area and our many successes.”
