A business support organisation is expanding its team with the creation of an exciting new apprenticeship role.
East Durham Business Service (EDBS) is creating the position to provide support to the busy team, which helps budding entrepreneurs to pursue a path into self-employment and young NEETs (not in education, employment or training) gain the skills businesses look for in future employees.
The main duties of the apprenticeship will be to provide reception and general administrative support to contribute to the smooth running of the organisation.
Located in Seaham and Peterlee, the full-time job will allow the successful candidate to gain invaluable organisational, communication and computer skills.
EDBS Operations Director Denise Fielding said: “This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team.
“The work we do is extremely varied and also challenging and fast-paced, so the ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to multi-task and have the right work ethic and motivation that will ensure they become a real asset to the business.”
The salary is dependent on age and the closing date is August 31.
To apply, send a CV together with a covering letter to Christine Cousins at firstname.lastname@example.org or to read more about the main duties and responsibilities, visit http://edbs.co.uk/jobs/.
