All that Jazz as Pennine prepares to open flagship showroom

A leading North East retailer, Pennine Home Improvements, is preparing to open a showroom in the heart of Durham this month following 40 successful years in business.

The launch of the showroom will be celebrated with an evening of live jazz and an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The showroom, which will be situated at Dragonville Retail Park, is set to be Pennine’s largest showroom to date and will feature seven conservatories and orangeries, as well as a virtual reality design station.

Mark Tinnion, managing director at Pennine Home Improvements, said: “It is a really exciting time for the Company as we prepare for the next stage of our expansion plan and the launch of the new Durham showroom.

“It will give more customers from across the region the opportunity to see the quality of our products up close; and this, combined with our unique 20-year guarantee, is what gives our customers peace of mind.

“The addition of the virtual reality station will also allow our customers to experience their desired living spaces, as part of our innovative and advanced design process, before building work even begins.”

The Durham site is Pennine’s fifth showroom in the North East and the Company will celebrate with a family launch event, including exciting giveaways.

Mark continued: “To support our continued growth, we will also be expanding our team by creating a variety of new and exciting job opportunities in the region.”

Pennine is currently recruiting an experienced marketing assistant, appointment generators, telecommunication staff, sales support and showroom advisors, as well as its ongoing recruitment for general builders and bricklayers.
